Human Resources Management Information Systems (HRMIS) strives in developing and leading information system plans that meet Human Resources automation, data and information management requirements. The primary focus of HRMIS is on establishing innovative solutions to integrated systems for the administration and deployment of strategic Human Resources Management information programs and services.
The HRMIS includes
Identification, planning and implementation of HRMIS in order to meet the strategic needs of Health Department Government of the Punjab.
To ensure timely and accurate delivery of required information.
To act as the liaison between Information Technology and functional end users to bridge the gap between technical and functional requirements of the Health Department.
Merge the different modules of human resources including Vacancy Position, Staff Statement, Employee Profile, Leave Record, Service Record, Disciplinary Proceedings and ACR Management System.

To provide information and statistical reports to the department.
Support, analyze, and maintain the HR web site and provide web technology solutions and services to improve the efficiency of Health Department.
To recommend and implement HRMIS project based on departmental needs.
